Let’s work alongside each other. Here’s to our intersection.
Keynotes & Presentations for Organizations
Gatherings matter. My work alongside organizations centers on what happens because people come together—alignment, solidarity, and meaningful momentum. Grounded in research, lived experience, and a deep understanding of educators and helping professionals, my keynotes honor the realities of day-to-day work while highlighting the power of learning and building alongside community. Having reached audiences across state, national, and global organizations in more than 30 countries, participants leave not only informed, but grounded—with practical tools, renewed clarity, and stories that sustain their work long after the gathering ends.
“During her one hour course for SLP Summit, she single-handedly performed CPR on the hearts of 20,000 SLPs who are struggling to find their way in these uncertain times. I would not hesitate to collaborate with her again!”

Co-Founder, SLP Toolkit
I am grateful to have partnered with organizations including United Way, Brigham Young University, New York University, California State University, the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, GLOBAL TALES Symposium, Bjorem Speech®, Keller ISD, and Valley View School District 365U, and to deliver keynotes for state and regional associations and conferences.
District Trainings for Multilingual Communicators (& Significant Disproportionality)
With evidence-based practices centered on individualized student needs, I partner with districts to strengthen responsive multilingual assessment in ways that align with existing processes and priorities. Drawing on my experience as a former district and regional lead, I provide practical, actionable supports that honor the expertise and time of assessment teams. Together, we move toward equitable, meaningful outcomes for students, families, and the educators entrusted with these decisions.
“Phuong has made a lasting impression on our district’s educators, service providers and assessment staff. Her emotional and heartfelt presentations convey the significance of developing cultural knowledge and responsiveness. She is deeply passionate about making connections with students and supporting the well-being of educators. Phuong is an enthusiastic presenter who delivers information in a very real way.”
